Grant Login Access for At-Home Support

This guide explains how to grant login access for at-home support, allowing support staff to access your Salesforce org for troubleshooting purposes.

For Salesforce Lightning

  1. Log in to Salesforce
  2. In the upper right, click your image (avatar) and then click Settings
  3. In the "Quick Find" search field, enter "Grant" and click Grant Account Login Access
  4. Set the Access Duration option to "At home Support for 1 week"
  5. Click Save
  6. Share your org ID with support

For Salesforce Classic

  1. Log in to Salesforce
  2. In the upper right, click My Settings (or click on your name, then click My Settings)
  3. In the "Quick Find" search field, enter "Grant" and click Grant Login Access
  4. Set the Access Duration option to "At home Support for 1 week"
  5. Click Save
  6. Share your org ID with support

Org ID: You can find your org ID in the URL when logged into Salesforce, or in Setup under Company Information.
