Grant Login Access for At-Home Support
This guide explains how to grant login access for at-home support, allowing support staff to access your Salesforce org for troubleshooting purposes.
For Salesforce Lightning
- Log in to Salesforce
- In the upper right, click your image (avatar) and then click Settings
- In the "Quick Find" search field, enter "Grant" and click Grant Account Login Access
- Set the Access Duration option to "At home Support for 1 week"
- Click Save
- Share your org ID with support
For Salesforce Classic
- Log in to Salesforce
- In the upper right, click My Settings (or click on your name, then click My Settings)
- In the "Quick Find" search field, enter "Grant" and click Grant Login Access
- Set the Access Duration option to "At home Support for 1 week"
- Click Save
- Share your org ID with support

Org ID: You can find your org ID in the URL when logged into Salesforce, or in Setup under Company Information.
